How Product Testing Works
Understanding the complete workflow from vendors to testers
Vendor posts a product to the catalog with details, images, price, and quantity available for testing.
Agents can also post their own products directly. These bypass vendor approval and go straight to their tester group.
Agent browses the vendor catalog and claims products they want to distribute to their tester group.
Vendor reviews the claim and approves (or rejects) the Agent's request.
Product appears in the Agent's group catalog. Testers browse and claim products they want to test.
Agent reviews tester claims and approves (or rejects) based on tester reliability.
Once a tester's claim is approved, the vendor sends funds (reimbursement) to the tester via PayPal.
Tester uses the funds to purchase the product through Amazon or the designated marketplace.
Tester receives the product and thoroughly tests it according to the product guidelines.
Tester may share honest feedback about their experience. This is optional and never forced.
